Comparator function - SBT300 Battery Tester features an independent comparator function for voltage and resistance measurements, capable of providing Pass/Hi/IN/Lo judgments displayed simultaneously. It can convey a comprehensive judgment result via an external I/O port. Hi/Lo can be set according to their respective upper and lower limits or user-defined standard deviations (%). The comparator mode offers two options: manual and automatic (automatic by default). In manual mode, the tester will only output the comparator's result when the EXT I/O is ON, making it suitable for switch or PLC control scenarios. The buzzer configuration includes OFF, HL, IN, BT1, and BT2. Under BT1 and BT2 modes, different beeps can be set for IN or Hi/Lo.

Analog Output function - SBT300 Battery Tester offers an analog output for resistance measurement. By connecting the analog output to a data logger, it enables the recording of resistance variations. This facilitates the long-term measurement and evaluation, such as those required for fuel cells, using a data acquisition system.

Calibration function - SBT300 Battery Tester has the capability to compensate for the bias voltage or gain drift within the internal circuitry of the measured device, and calibrate the measured data to improve the measurement accuracy. The calibration function offers both automatic (default) and manual modes. In automatic mode, the calibration is performed every 30 minutes. In manual mode, the calibration can be initiated manually through EXT I/O and communication commands. During the calibration process, measurements will be temporarily suspended, with the automatic mode set as the default. Additionally, if the sampling rate is not set as SLOW, the calibration will be automatically executed after the preheating phase.

Statistical feature - SBT300 Battery Tester can calculate statistical indicators based on measurement results and generate a normal distribution graphs, enabling the observation of the normal distribution of the measurements.

Storage feature - SBT300 Battery Tester is equipped with 2.8GB internal storage for storing measurement results in csv or mat format. Additionally, it offers a USB port for exporting data via a USB flash drive, allowing for convenient access to measurement data at any time.
